Charles Fletcher

Charles has over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry and was Head of Finance for a private equity firm which funded over £800million worth of real estate countrywide.

He subsequently co-founded an FCA-regulated UK equity investment firm which sourced, funded and managed residential property investments for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Charles ran all development and commercial areas of the business, successfully building a brand with schemes in London, Home Counties, South Coast and the West Country.

His wealth of experience in origination, structuring, analysis and expertise in funding across the whole capital stack allows Charles to pinpoint the best developments and to utilise the best finance strategy.
