James Fenwick

Prior to joining Hilltop Credit Partners, James worked in rural asset management where he was responsible for the property portfolios and estates of UK and international private UHNW clients.

James was heavily involved in the management of some of Britain’s finest sporting estates, where he looked strategically at estates asset allocation and provided relevant and extensive support in optimising returns from these assets. He worked closely and forged strong relationships with landowners, Directors, on-site management teams and regulatory bodies across the UK.

James holds a BSc Honours Degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
