Lawson Conroy

With 20 years of experience originating, managing and re-structuring real estate loan books, including mezzanine finance, securitizations and club transactions.  Lawson managed the restructuring of assets for disposal for one of the Irish Banking Resolution Corporations distressed real estate loan portfolios for the Ireland National Asset Management Agency.

Lawson has also worked as a consultant for HSBC, Barclays, and most recently Lloyds Bank working on real estate loans, and setting up the ring-fenced bank for Lloyds in 2018.  He was previously a real estate development lending Relationship Director for 6 years between 2006-2011 working with private property companies.
