Development of 100 units within the riverside Fletton Quays regeneration project close to Peterborough city centre, Cambridgeshire. Fletton Quays is a £120m development by the Peterborough Investment Partnership – one of 8 within the city – supported by ambitious plans for £600m of funding for additional projects focussed on connectivity, enterprise and skills infrastructure, tourism and sustainability.
