€6m of mezzanine finance for the renovation and development for Phase 1 of the historic train factory in city centre Helsinki, Finland. The project represented a unique opportunity to provide funding for a new cultural and activity led hub in Helsinki, Finland within the fabric of two historic, heritage-protected buildings.
